1. We will meet with you to discuss your needs/wants/goals in hiring an administrator

2. As a large company, we are constantly running ads for administrators. We will keep an eye out for an individual who may be suitable for you. 

3. We will conduct the initial interview

4. If we believe the candidate is a good fit for you or your team, we will advise you so that you can conduct your own interview.

5. Once hired, we will assist with the following tasks: 
      a. Onboarding your new assistant by taking care of all paperwork, systems, set up, etc.
      b. Set up payroll for your assistant, if you wish
