To help address this, we created inthesquare—a service within our company designed to bring trusted professionals into closer alignment throughout the transaction. By fostering collaboration between mortgage, banking, and legal experts, we help streamline communication, reduce delays, and provide clearer guidance at every stage of the process. 

We have done our research and have discovered this format is the only one of its kind in Ontario which puts a mortgage brokerage (Mission 35 Mortgages), a financial institution (RBC Royal Bank), and a Law Firm (Escarpment Law Group) all under one roof within a Real Estate office.
